Niniejsze opracowanie jest próbą poszerzenia informacji i prezentacji nowych osiągnięć z zakresu diagnostyki i leczenia glomerulopatii C3 (C3G), rzadko spotykanej jednostki chorobowej, charakteryzującej się odkładaniem w kłębuszkach złogów złożonych głównie ze składowej C3 dopełniacza, przedstawionej na łamach Nefrologii i Dializoterapii Polskiej w 2016 r.

Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of C3 glomerulopathy

This manuscript is an attempt to expand information and present new achievements in the field of diagnostics and treatment of C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), a rare disease that is characterized by deposition in the glomeruli of deposits composed mainly of the C3 component of complement, presented on the pages of Polish Nephrology and Dialysotherapy in 2016.
